Founding Pilot Cohort
Partner Playbook
A field guide for accepted pilot partners operating Triad Secure inside live SOC workflows.
This document defines pilot structure, responsibilities, evaluation criteria, and post-pilot outcomes.
Triad Secure provides contextual and analytical outputs only. All operational decisions remain with your team.
Why This Pilot Exists
Triad Secure is being evaluated inside a live SOC workflow to determine whether investigation context can be preserved at the moment of triage and carried through review, escalation, and audit.
In most SOC environments, the reasoning behind a decision is lost and must be reconstructed later from tickets, chat, and memory.
Success means: your team can explain any triage decision without reconstructing context.
- What was reviewed
- What was ruled out
- What assumptions were made
- Why a decision was reached
This context remains attached as work moves across analysts and tools.
Role of Triad Secure in Your Environment
- Ingest alerts and related telemetry
- Normalize and correlate signals
- Create investigation records
- Preserve analyst context and decision rationale
- Execute actions
- Make decisions
- Replace SIEM, EDR, or SOAR
- Change your workflows
Pilot Structure
- Read-only integration with existing alert sources
- No workflow changes required
- Configured by Triad Secure engineering
- Analysts continue standard triage operations
- Triad Secure captures investigation context in parallel
- No interruption to current process
- Weekly review of investigation records
- Measurement across four defined metrics
- Structured outcome report at pilot close
What We Ask From Your Team
Provide access to alert sources and the configuration required to connect Triad Secure to your environment.
Continue triage as usual. No workflow changes are required. Analysts operate their standard process.
Attend a 30–60 minute session once per week. These sessions are required for pilot success.
Share where captured context is missing, unclear, or unnecessary. Direct feedback accelerates the evaluation.
- No retraining required
- No process changes required
- No tooling replacement required
Your team operates normally throughout the evaluation period. Triad Secure adapts to your environment, not the other way around.
What Triad Secure Handles
- Integration and ingestion setup
- Data normalization and investigation record generation
- System monitoring and reliability during the pilot
- Capturing and organizing investigation context
- Running and facilitating weekly review sessions
- Incorporating feedback where aligned with product direction
How We Evaluate the Pilot
Evaluation is structured around four operational metrics. Each is measured across the full pilot period — not sampled from a single week.
Can a decision be understood without reconstructing context?
Do two analysts working the same alert start from the same picture?
Do similar scenarios produce consistent outcomes?
Are analysts spending less time gathering context?
Evaluation extends beyond time-to-triage and alerts-per-incident into decision clarity and rework reduction.
Weekly Pilot Reviews
Once per week, Triad Secure and your team review a sample of investigation records from that week's operations.
A sample of investigation records from the previous week
What context was captured versus what was absent
Whether decisions are clear from the record alone
Friction points in the analyst workflow
Improvements to prioritize before the next cycle
These sessions are required for pilot success.
They are the primary feedback mechanism for the evaluation period and directly inform product improvements during the cohort.
How We Determine Success
The pilot is considered successful if the following conditions are met at the end of the evaluation period.
If these conditions are met, we define a production use case and transition forward together.
This defines pilot success.
Post-Pilot Outcomes
Pilot demonstrates value and transitions to paid production deployment.
Used only when additional validation is required before commitment.
If no meaningful improvement is observed, the pilot concludes cleanly.
Founding pilot participants receive preferred pricing and early access to production releases following the pilot period.
Program Principles
Triad Secure does not make decisions — all decisions remain with your analysts.
The pilot runs in a real environment, not a demo or sandbox.
Context is captured at the moment of triage, not reconstructed after the fact.
No workflow disruption is introduced during or after deployment.
Success is measured against defined criteria, not assumed.
